ENZA Trip

Our entire team spent a wonderful, but wet morning at ENZA in Puni. We learnt all about the different types of lettuces there are and how they make new ones. Then we got to try cooked lettuce! Yum! We loved it! Thanks Mr van der Gulik and Rudy for organising the day for us.
